OK, it turns out you CAN host an album on G+ and conveniently embed the photo here. Is this presentation disagreeable in any way? (Wrong size, clipped, annoying, etc.) If you guys like it I'll use this method in the future.

Thanks. Could you let me know the image file size and dimensions as it appears on your end? And, if you view my journal directly at snousle.livejournal.com instead of your friends page, does it still show too wide? I don't know if it's your journal style or the use of Chrome that is getting you a too-wide image.

It looks fine when viewed from your journal. I use one of the canned formats. I have no idea how to tell file size or dimensions.
