About 10" tall or so. This is the one I wrote about earlier. They do sell considerably larger ones but they are VERY expensive! Soko Hardware in SF, as well as a shop in the lower floor of the nearby mall both sell this style in a variety of poses.

The Japanese have an interesting fascination with sex organs. There are literally 100's of prints of huge scrotum and testicles, along with huge penises. Most are works by major pre Meiji print makers.

I guess because there is no sense of shame with exposing one's privates, its makes joking around a lot easier.

Remember that rural Japanese have no problem stopping by the road side, whipping it out and taking a wiz. Obviously it doesn't happen in down town Tokyo, but between Tokyo and Osaka? It definitely does...
