It's great having someone like that in a small town, saying all the things you're too polite to say yourself. ;-)
I'm pretty sure I lost a major client last year because I don't toe the line on the whole "organic" thing. Considering that the organic label commands a ~20% price premium and there's no enforcement of this standard at any level, my confidence that any given product actually meets the organic spec is pretty low. (I know certified organic farmers that have never had a single inspection). I should probably have just kept my mouth shut on this point... but then again, it's not like I want any more clients right now anyway.
