The van: Spotted on 101 southbound in Marin County, decorated in a curious fried-egg pattern, with the words "EITHER OAR" written on it.

The driver: VERY large walrus moustache. Didn't get a good view but it was good enough.

The verdict: WANT. If you find him, please tie him to a tree and let me know where I can go get him.
