The scary thing is that even in spite of internet resources on this topic like startrek.com and memory-alpha.org the person who created this would probably argue that ey got it right and the person questioning it is wrong.
I think that most inflammatory writing is in exactly this vein. These pictures are just the reducto ad absurdum of a style that actually dominates the internet.
