Accuracy problems

snousleIt turns out that Modernist Cuisine has some serious problems with accuracy. In just a brief skimming I have found big errors that are not in the errata list at all - a cup of cornstarch weighs 8 grams? Sigh.
I hate to say it, but it's a typical Microsoft product - you have to wait until service pack 3 to get something that works. :-P
