On the road again

snousleHeaded north. I'd planned to get as far as the Oregon border today but the weather on I-5 was awful. Dreadful wreck in the southbound direction - all I could see was about ten emergency vehicles and a logging truck with its cargo on fire. Anyway it didn't leave me in the mood for night driving. Should have stayed with the hot straight daddy bear in Anderson, only an hour back, would have saved myself the motel bill. If I didn't die of frustration, that is.
Anyway, spending T-day with a friend in Oregon and then visiting my mother in Vancouver for a bit. After that, things are more or less unscheduled. Got my snowboard with me but it's not clear if there's going to be good conditions anywhere this week.
In Shasta City right now. It's REAL quiet in the between-season. Not a whole lot of eye candy either. Oh well, going to get up super early tomorrow anyway.
