That wrong computer feeling

Sigh... just got my Vizio computer. The packaging, and even the serial number on the user manual, all say it's the A2 configuration. The control panel, however, says all the specs match the A0 model, a much lower performance machine.

Currently on hold waiting for support... SO IRRITATED. I hate having to send things back.

My friend Anders won the raffle at the Sisters' Bingo at Lazy bear. His prize was a 22" Vizio TV. It features a USB port; the manual mentions nothing about it!
