This reminds me very much of a series of diagrams in Stud: Architectures of Masculinity, titled Mouth Nipples Glans Testicles Anus. At least in that case I knew it was an example of the latter...

Well, I googled "Arnell Group" and found that it appears to be a real design group: see this article in Advertising Age. So it's possible the PDF report you posted is in earnest.
