See, this is what is great about this country.
We're polite enough to call you whatever you like just out of pure politeness.
It's like when those Greek "royals" go gallivanting about, being called "HRH" and "Crown Prince". Never mind their own country wants NOTHING to do with them.
But we're so darned nice about it. Not laughing at them or anything.
