Come To Papa

OMG I just dropped $1800 on a pasta sheeter and it's on its way.

TOO LATE TO STOP NOW!!!

You are seriously into cooking.

Well, I'm selling about $500/month of frozen ravioli now. Might as well make it easier on myself! With my bad shoulder the hand crank method has been a real pain in the ass. Hopefully it will be the last pasta machine I ever have to buy.

Hmmm! It might make it cheaper to produce them too!

am I allowed to say "money down the sheeter" ?

You're allowed to say that as a joke, but not if it's your actual opinion.

In your position I would have been sorely tempted to buy something much more expensive from that site.

Oh tell me about it. But at least I can pretend I'm being frugal. ;-)

but, it'll pay for itself shortly, if you don't tire of making the raviolis...

can one have (kitchen) appliance envy?

When will I be able to visit the Safeway frozen food aisle and see Tony's Awful Good Italiano Pastaâ„¢ staring me in the face?

You can market your gnocchi as "Tony's Soft Succulent Italian Pasta Balls"... ;-)
