Demoralized
Jun. 26th, 2012 07:58 amOh dear: a result that had, until now, served as the mathematical cornerstone for the game-theoretic account of ethical behavior has been overturned.
I would have expected an epidemic of rioting, widespread arson, the end of civilization, and an outbreak of general discourtesy in the wake of this discovery, but it seems as if nothing has changed. Don't people realize that good behavior is once again mathematically illogical?
Maybe it's because nobody actually understands the article.
